The bottom of the mold is connected by bolts, and the top is fixed by one or three steel plates, so that the two external molds are fixed around the internal mold, which is W-shaped from the side, and then the side is connected Use bolts to fix the plug plate with the external formwork to achieve the connection effect, and pay attention not to leave gaps to prevent leakage after grouting.
There is also a kind of drainage channel mould specially used for cast-in-place production. This kind of mould is mostly of sheet structure to facilitate on-site assembly, and the depth is mostly between 60cm and 100cm. The mould is directly assembled at the place where the rectangular channel needs to be poured, and the two pieces of mould are assembled together, and the middle is grouted.
